Privacy Policy

Names you type

Text you type into our generators is processed in your browser. It is not sent to our server, not stored in our database and not included in analytics.

Saved names and history

When you save a name with ☆ or copy a style, the name is stored in your browser’s local storage so you can find it again. This stays on your device. You can delete it any time from My saved names or by clearing your browser data.

Anonymous usage counts

When you copy a style, your browser sends us only the style’s internal ID (for example “d:gaming-1:bold”) and the page ID, never the text itself. We add these to daily totals to learn which styles are popular. If you answer “Did it work?” after copying, we store the style ID, the platform and your yes/no answer as a total count. To prevent abuse we temporarily keep a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting; it expires automatically within an hour.

Suggestions

If you suggest a name, we store the name and the page it was suggested on so an editor can review it. Do not include personal information in suggestions.

Cookies and advertising

This site may show ads served by Google. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com. Visitors in regions that require consent are asked before personalised ads are shown.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and performance.

Your choices

You can use every tool without an account. To ask a question about your data or request removal of a suggestion, use our contact page.

Children

Our tools are general-audience and do not ask for personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
